The West Bend Little League community and the entire Bulldogs family are deeply saddened by the passing of Coach Kyle Kranz, a devoted mentor, passionate leader, and cherished member of our baseball family. Kyle gave his heart to this sport, to every team he touched, and to every child he guided—leaving a legacy of sportsmanship, compassion, and unwavering dedication that will never be forgotten.
For years, Kyle stood as a pillar in the West Bend Little League program, offering not only his time and expertise, but his whole spirit. His booming voice from first base, filled with encouragement and energy, became a familiar anchor at every game. He celebrated every hit, uplifted every struggling player, and carried a genuine pride for the young athletes he helped develop. It was impossible to miss the joy he found in coaching, and even more impossible to miss the impact he had on those who looked up to him.
More than a coach, Kyle was a mentor, a role model, and a steady presence who showed up for the kids—on and off the field. He believed in every player, pushing them not just to be better athletes, but better people. His lessons stretched far beyond baseball: teamwork, confidence, resilience, and heart. Kyle embodied these values, and through him, countless children learned what it meant to give your all, lift up your teammates, and play with passion.
The pride Kyle held for his boys, Lucas and Brayden, was undeniable. He coached with them, cheered for them, and supported their journeys with immense love. His devotion to his family radiated through every moment on the field and every game he attended. He was a father who led by example—strong, kind, present, and deeply committed.
To Sara, Lucas, Brayden, and all who knew and loved Kyle, our hearts are with you during this painful time. The fields will feel quieter without him. The dugouts will feel emptier. And yet, his spirit will live on—in every game played with passion, every child who remembers his encouragement, and every family touched by his kindness.
Kyle’s legacy is etched into the very fabric of West Bend Little League. He made a difference—one child, one team, one moment at a time—and we will forever be grateful for the years he gave, the lives he shaped, and the love he shared.
He will be deeply, deeply missed.
